  1. Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website and completing payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your order represents an offer to enter into a purchase agreement. When we accept your order, either by sending an acceptance message or shipping the products, the agreement is considered concluded.

Steps to Place an Order:

  1. Select Products: Choose the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Enter Billing Information: Provide accurate details, including your name and contact information.
  3. Make Payment: Complete the payment process, and we will charge you at the end of checkout.
  4. Order Confirmation: After placing your order or shipping the products, we will send you a confirmation email.

If an item is unavailable or shipment is delayed, we will notify you.

  1. Prices and Payments

Pricing: All prices listed on our website are current at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Prepayment: You must make full payment at the time of order placement.

Taxes: All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax), if applicable.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be added to the total price during checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be shown on the checkout page. We do not store or have access to your payment card details, as we use trusted third-party payment processors.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers only)

Right to Cancel: If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date (when you or a designated recipient receives the goods).

How to Withdraw:

  1. Notify Us: Send a clear statement of your intent to withdraw (see contact details below). Include the product name, order date, purchase price, your name, and contact information.
  2. Return the Products: Follow our instructions and cover all return-related costs (shipping, taxes, customs, etc.).
  3. Return Timeline: Ship the products back within 7 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. If you do not return the items within this period, the right to withdraw is lost.
  4. Condition of Products: The products must be unused and undamaged. You are responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling other than necessary to inspect the product.
  5. Refund: Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights: Withdrawal rights do not apply to products that are customized or made to your specifications, such as personalized items (e.g., non-standard sizes, engravings, etc.).

  1. Warranty

Product Warranty: Our products are covered by a warranty ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Period: You must report any defects within two years of the delivery date.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers products used for their intended purpose under normal conditions.

Our Response: If a product is defective, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

Limitations: The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or poor maintenance.
